The IIF Shinonome Logistics Center is a combined logistics center operated by Sagawa Express Co., Ltd., one of Japan's major transportation companies. It functions as a relay center, combined sales center and mail center for its express delivery business. It is among the largest of Sagawa Express's logistics facilities and consists of five tiers with storage on the first, third and fifth tiers and a ramp way that provides drive-up capability to each tier. The first and third tiers utilize double-sided berths for maximum efficiency. In addition, although the floor-to-ceiling height of the top tier is 3.95 meters or more, the floor-to-ceiling height of the first tier (9.0 meters or more) and the third tier (7.5 meters or more), as well as the pole span (10.0 meters by 11.0 meters) are larger than standard, which adds to its versatility.
