The IIF Funabashi Logistics Center is a large scale logistics facility to be leased by Sagawa Global Logistics Co., Ltd., as well as by Mitsubishi Corporation LT, Inc., which will have a leading clothing manufacturer as its main cargo owner. The facility will contain four tiers, each containing a floor space of approximately 9,917 square meters. The facility can be leased to two separate tenants, as it has two separate office spaces on its eastern and western sides. The facility has an effective floor-to-ceiling height of approximately 5.5 to 6.0 meters, eight three-and-a-half ton freight elevators and a pole span of 10.5 meters by 10.5 meters. The property also has a truck berth on the first floor of both sides of the building allowing for versatile and highly efficient distribution services.
