IIF NODA Logistics Center

The IIF Noda Logistics Center serves as a multi-tenant facility that can be partitioned into sections with a total floor space per section of approximately 9,900 square meters, which is enough to meet the space demands of four separate large-scale tenants. Each section includes two freight elevators, one vertical conveyor and a one-sided drive-up berth, and with a floor load of 1.5 tons per square meter and high-level ceiling height and pole span, the facility has sufficient versatility. The facility was also built using earthquake-resistant construction, making it resistant to damage from earthquakes and providing a stable base of operation for its tenants. The facility is currently being leased to Mitsubishi Corporation LT, Inc. and Mitsubishi Electric Logistics Corporation. Mitsubishi Corporation LT, Inc. uses the facility in conjunction with its Noda Operations Dept. as a key distribution center serving the northern region of the greater Tokyo metropolitan area for major apparel and food manufacturers. Mitsubishi Electric Logistics Corporation uses the facility as a major distribution center to serve the eastern region of the greater Tokyo metropolitan area for Mitsubishi Electric Corporation.
