The IIF Nishinomiya Logistics Center is a multi-floor distribution complex consisting of five floors with a one-floor penthouse used mainly for storage and distribution processing. The facility can accommodate and handle a wide variety of uses and goods without the need for any special equipment. The facility is the sole warehouse facility located in the Kansai area within the warehousing network of Suzuyo & Co., Ltd. which operates facilities in approximately 100 locations nationwide and maintains more than 580,000 square meters of warehouse space. The facility serves numerous and diverse national cargo owners, including more than 10 companies in the processed foods and raw food materials business.
