However, with regard to IIF Atsugi Manufacturing Center, IIF owns both the land and the building in form of the trust beneficial interests separately so "Leasable area" is total of the leasable area of the land and the building. With regard to IIF Shinonome Logistics Center, the leasable area is 53% of the total leasable area shown on the lease agreement as the share of co-ownership. With regard to IIF Shinsuna Logistics Center, leasable area shows a total area of the building indicated in the registry book. With regard to IIF Narashino Logistics Center II, IIF owns both the land and the building in form of the trust beneficial interests separately so "Leasable area" is total of the leasable area of the land and the building. With regard to IIF Yokkaichi Logistics Center (Existing Building), a fixed-term building lease contract for existing building, a fixed-term land lease contract and a loan for land use contract which are subject to a part of the land were concluded so "Leasable area" is total of the leasable area of these contracts for the building and the land.
