IIF confirms that Typhoon No. 15 that hit Honshu on September 9, 2019 and the strong winds associated with the typhoon has caused water leakages and damages to eaves of some properties, however, no critical damage to our properties and human damage have been reported.

Most of our properties are operating as usual and the typhoon and strong winds had no impact on our operating results.

In case of receiving reports on damages that may affect IIF's operating results, the update will be provided as soon as possible.
