Our acquisition of this property was the first acquisition of a factory by a J-REIT.
The property is also the only manufacturing facility of an industrial detergent manufacturer whose share (in terms of sales) is one of the highest in the industry. The property is located within Kakegawa City East Industrial Park (also known as “Ecopolis Industrial Park”) in the Western part of Shizuoka Prefecture, an area where the core plants of major manufacturers are located.
It is a highly convenient location with access to major consumption areas, being located in between three metropolitan areas and about 3.6 kilometers away from the Kakegawa Interchange of the Tomei Expressway and about 9.6 kilometers from the Morikakegawa Interchange of the Shin-Tomei Expressway.
