KJRM Holdings is the parent company of the Asset Manager (the parent company prescribed in the Ordinance on Terminology, Forms and Preparation Methods of Financial Statements, etc. (Ministry of Finance Ordinance No. 59 of 1963; including subsequent revisions), Article 8, Paragraph 3; the same hereinafter), and falls under a specified affiliated company of the Asset Manager, which is prescribed in the Cabinet Office Ordinance on Disclosure of Information, etc., of Regulated Securities (Ministry of Finance Ordinance No. 22 of 1993; including subsequent revisions), Article 12, Paragraph 3. KKR & Co. Inc.,KKR Group Co. Inc., KKR Group Holdings Corp., KKR Group Partnership L.P., KKR Holdco LLC, KKR & Co. GP LLC, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. and KKR Asia LLC, the parent companies of KJRM Holdings, also fall under a specified affiliated company of the Asset Manager as the parent company of the Asset Manager. In addition, the Asset Manager entered into a sponsor support agreement with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. on April 28, 2023, which provides for Support for IIF/JMF's growth strategy and support for strengthening of the Asset Manager's governance.
